Notes for Orders

1. For purchase over NT$1,000, the delivery shall be free of charge; for purchase under NT$1,000, a delivery fee of NT$150 will be charged.
2. If the products in your order include product delivering at the different temperature, your orders may not arrive in the same shipment but will arrive successively.
3. The order will arrive within 2-4 days after the confirmation of payment. For orders placed on Friday or holidays, the order will arrive within 2-4 days commencing the next working days.
4. After receiving the products, please store the products at different temperature accordingly. Please do not put the products in the environment of high temperature and please keep them out of the direct sunlight in case of deterioration.
5. To ensure the freshness of the product, please finish the product once opened. For shelf life and recommended consuming methods, please refer to the packaging explanations and products instructions for details.
6. Please confirm the product upon receiving. Shall there be product missing or flaws, or damages occurred during delivery, please call or send emails to us after receiving the products, we will handle the issue as soon as possible.
7. For product return (exchange), the packaging of the product shall be intact. Except for the necessary examination, shall there be any damages, loss, changes to the products, or incomplete product, packages, and invoice that can be attributed to you, or already exceeded the term for product return (within 7 days of the product arrival), the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. The products can only be delivered to the main island of Taiwan (excluding Jinmen, Matsu and other countries). Please do not fill in postbox address as the receiving address.
9. Shall there be any problems regarding the quality, packaging, orders or delivery, please call the customer service line for help.
10. A complete order means you have read and agreed to the content of this Shop Tips.

Delivery and Pick-up

Home delivery only. The products can only be delivered to the main island of Taiwan.

1. The order will arrive within 2-5 days after the confirmation of payment. For orders placed on Friday or holidays, the order will arrive within 2-5 days commencing the next working days.
2. If the products in your order include product delivering at the different temperature, your orders may not arrive in the same shipment but will arrive successively.

Orders cannot be changed after being placed, if any modification is needed, please log in to your account via “Log In,” cancel the order and re-place the order.
Cancel Order:
Before the packing stage, the order can be canceled; please log in to your account via “Log In,” >> click on “Order Inquiry/Questions/Return Inquiry” and then choose “Cancel Order," then the order will be canceled.
※ The order cannot be restored after cancellation.
※ The order cannot be canceled once entering the packaging stage.
※ Please note that, if you cancel the order for re-order, the stock of products shall be subject to the page.

Products Return and Exchange

Thank you for ordering products from UTC Food, to protect your rights, please read the following explanations carefully:
When receiving the order products, please open the box immediately and check if the products are the same as your order. Shall there be any problems, please contact the customer line 0800-677-588, and we will proceed with the issue as soon as possible.
Please keep the original packaging, invoice, delivery ticket of the product intact. Shall there be damages caused by other factors or other reasons that cannot be attributed to the Company, the Company has the right to decline the product return or exchange.
In the following condition, the return will not be processed:
1. The original packaging box is not attached, or the packaging of the product and the invoice is incomplete and damaged beyond recognition.
2. Products already stated cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Please notify us ahead of product return or exchange. In the event of the absences for prior notice from the consumers who mailed the products back to us, the Company will not proceed with such cases and will return the products immediately.

Time for Product Exchange
Upon receiving the complete products for exchange from you, we will deliver the new products immediately. 《it shall take 9-12 working days from the date you send the products to receiving your new products》

Membership Information

Due to the personal privacy for basic information and passwords, to ensure the safety of basic information of members, please log in to the “Member Ares” at the UTC website for modification.

The member account is of vital importance with order record; therefore, it cannot be changed. If you wish to change the account, please apply for “account deletion” first, and then re-apply.

Please email to or call the customer service department to notify the reason for account deletion and give us your basic information, we will contact you for confirmation upon receiving your information.
The information provided shall include name, member account, contact No., member address and accurate date of birth.
※After the deletion of the account, all the order records from the member (including information such as cancellation, refund…etc.) will also be deleted, and that UTC will not be able to access the information form deleted member account.
