In case of members involving in illegal conducts, apart from the legal liabilities of the member itself, UTC Food Website will cooperate with the authority institute regarding the investigation.
Shall there be damages or expenditures occurred to the Company, the member shall be responsible for the damage indemnity.

- The application for being our member is free of charge. The member shall understand that the operation of UTC Food Website system may be unusable, delayed, having saving issues, invaded by third parties who alter the system or download the information due to force majeure, the malfunction or failure of internet system, software, hardware equipment of the Company and related carriers and human operational mistakes, members shall not require any indemnification or compensation. The member shall understand and agree that shall there be any information or photos captured from the UTC Food Website the results in the damage of loss from the computer of the member, the member shall bear the risk.
- All the information on the UTC Food Website, including texts, photo, videos, audio, and software, are all protected by the Copyright Law of the Republic of China and the relevant International Intellectual Property provisions. - UTC Food Website reserves the right to change or cancel the content for the services at any time, or terminate the right to receive services for any membership account without any prior notice; the member shall not require any indemnification or compensation. - The member shall agree to receive the irregular e-paper, and other lifestyle information sends by UTC Food Website.
- For information regarding the privacy of the member, please refer to the section headed “Privacy Policy."
- Other matters shall proceed according to the regulations under the Law of the Republic of China and the Internet Regulations. In case of any argument or dispute, the member shall agree that Taiwan Taipei District Courte shall be the court of competent jurisdiction for the first instance.
