1970's
UTC was established in 1970. Co-founded by three shareholders,United Taiwan Corporation (聯夏企業股份有限公司) was the pioneer to open up the export market for red beans in Taiwan.
1972's
The construction of Chaochou Factory in Pingtung was completed in 1972. At that time, it was the first-ever red bean export factory in Taiwan. And we thus received the Outstanding Exporters Award from Ministry of Economic Affairs.
1976's
Collaborated with Matoba Corporation (的場製餡所) in Japan to produce processed bean products, and we were the top bean paste export producer in Taiwan.
1977's
The construction of Fangliao Factory in Pingtung was completed and put into operation in 1977. It had become the most established storage factory for handling bean materials and selection.
1978's
Worked with the director for bean-boiled skills from “Nomura Tsukudani (野村佃煮).”
1985's
Conducted technical cooperation with Japanese brand “Chitaka (知多家)" and commenced the strong R&D on prepared food, which led to the production lines of UTC Food expanding from bean products into prepared food.
1998's
Participated in the Field Ration Supply Project and received the Outstanding Supplier recognition.
2006's
The construction of Linluo Factory in Pingtung was completed in 2006 with a site area of approximately 5,000 Taiwanese Ping, and it becomes the newest model factory for prepared food in southern Taiwan.
2008's
Collaborated with the renowned café chain and launched coffee jelly. The coffee becomes rich in tastes after adding jelly with special texture into it.
2010's
Conducted technical cooperation with Kimura-food (木村食品) from Japan and become the only company producing mochi stored in ambient temperature.
2010's
For the celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, we collaborated with the renowned café chain and launched Starbucks Dragon Dumplings in the PRC.
2011's
When the Taiwan-originated bubble milk tea overwhelmed the world, UTC collaborated with the world-renowned fast food chain and launched bubble milk tea in the PRC, providing a whole new beverage option for the fast food store.
